Objective of the module: Direct and competent customer service - regardless of the means of communication.

Order management is closely connected to the modules "Customer Service" and "Field Services". Orders for manual entry are received through various means of communication (such as field services, telephone, e-mail, fax, regular mail etc.).


Objectives of order entry and processing (excerpt):

  • option for order entry right with taking a call
  • easy customer identification through various search criteria with subsequent automatic display of all relevant customer information
  • mixing direct- or transfer orders within an order
  • system-based recommendation of the most favorable terms for the customer incl. display of possible alternatives
  • validity checks by the system on all levels
  • approval by responsible third parties with just the push of a button by electronic means
  • automatic sending of transfer orders and delivery of direct orders to the warehouse
  • automatic, electronic filing
