Computer Telephone Integration (CTI)

The ITL Pharma Cube continues to offer use of "Computer Telephone Integration" (CTI). This allows not only the identification of incoming callers but also provides an option to dial telephone numbers directly out of the application.

 

For an incoming call the following box is displayed:

Functionality of buttons (left to right):

1. Take call (if the caller is identified the system automatically displays the customer overview from the cockpit)

2. End call

3. Open customer overview without taking the call

4. Change customer (for example when a wrong telephone number is used)

5. Initiate query/forwarding

6. Generate resubmission


The buttons are activated or deactivated depending on the specific situation.
