Your area of responsibility
- Support of our application software with direct handling of support tasks (independently or in cooperation with SW developers).
- Testing of new software developments or adaptations.
- Creation of documentation for our application software.
Your qualifications
- Skill in communicating with customers by telephone and in writing
- quick comprehension
- logical, problem-solving thinking skills
- independent way of working, but also ability to work in a team
- great interest in application software
- English in spoken and written form
- Advantageous, but not mandatory, is a suitable education, e.g. as an IT specialist - application development or a study in the field of informatics.
- Career changers and applicants who do not wish to continue their studies are also welcome.
