Diese Woche war mal wieder Cooking-Wednesday bei\u00a0#ITLDarmstadt<\/a>\u00a0und somit Zeit f\u00fcr Gequassel und viel Gel\u00e4chter beim gemeinsamen Mittagessen\u00a0#joinourteam<\/a>.

Kollegen, die sonst eher stiller Natur sind, wagen sich bei solchen Gelegenheiten vor, erz\u00e4hlen. In entspannter Atmosph\u00e4re und wenn die Extrovertierten unter uns mal einen Schritt zur\u00fccktreten, die B\u00fchne \u00fcberlassen und zuh\u00f6ren.

Ich liebe das. Sich unter KollegInnen von der pers\u00f6nlichen Seite (keine Maske, keine Show) kennenlernen zu d\u00fcrfen, ist ein Privileg. Nicht jedermanns\/fraus Sache.
Das ist selbstverst\u00e4ndlich zu respektieren.
Wenn es aber passiert, kann es richtig gut werden (-> wie in allen Lebensbereichen :-)).
Ein offener, ehrlicher und wertsch\u00e4tzender Umgang f\u00fchrt zur Identifikation mit dem Team\/der Company.
Engagement und eine produktive Zusammenarbeit voller Freude f\u00fchren zu einem Arbeitstag, der Spa\u00df macht \u2013 und l\u00e4sst uns auch stressige Situationen gelassen \u00fcberstehen.

Im \u00dcbrigens echt lecker: Broccoli-Mango-Salat und Focaccia mit Gem\u00fcsetopping \u2013 selbstverst\u00e4ndlich aus eigener Herstellung (-> Danke an dieser Stelle auch an eins der bereits erw\u00e4hnten ITL-Kinder).

Once again Cooking-Wednesday at #ITLDarmstadt and a little time for chatter and lots of laughter at lunchtime. #joinourteam.

Colleagues who are usually of a rather quiet nature venture forward on such occasions, tell stories. In a relaxed atmosphere and when the stage-is-mine-people among us take a step back, let them take the stage and listen.
I love that.

To be able to get to know each other from the personal side (no mask, no show) is a privilege.
Not everyone’s cup of tea. But when it happens, it can be really good (-> as in all areas of life :-)).
Open, honest and appreciative interaction leads to identification with the team\/company.

Commitment and productive cooperation full of joy lead to a working day that is fun – and lets us get through stressful situations calmly.

By the way, really delicious: broccoli-mango salad and focaccia with vegetable topping – of course made in-house (-> thanks at this point also to one of the ITL children already mentioned).
