Im Zuge dieser Anpassung habe ich mich entschieden, das Management mit Beginn unseres neuen Geschäftsjahres zu erweitern und die individuellen Kompetenzen zu bündeln.
Ich freue mich sehr, in Zukunft in diesem Bereich verstärkt mit Britta Lauszat, Nina Tomini und Marco Wolf zusammenzuarbeiten.
Marco Wolf hat die längste Erfahrung im Team – weit über 20 Jahre. Als Head of Softwareengineering ist er nicht nur für unser Management Board eine äußerst wertvolle und verlässliche Unterstützung.
Weitere Kompetenz – seit fast 10 Jahren bei ITL – bringt Nina Tomini für die Bereiche Marketing und Projektmanagement mit in das Team.
Mit Britta Lauszat verstärke ich das Team mit meiner rechten Hand und zugleich einer Projektmanagerin mit viel Gespür für das gesamte Team und dessen Motivation.
Britta Lauszat und Marco Wolf berufe ich zudem ab 01.10.2023 zu Prokuristen.

In the context of these adjustments, I decided to expand the management team at the beginning of our new fiscal year and to bundle the individual responsibilities.
I am very much looking forward to working more closely with Britta Lauszat, Nina Tomini and Marco Wolf in this field in the future.
Marco Wolf has the longest experience in the team – more than 20 years. As Head of Software Engineering, he is an extremely valuable and reliable partner, not only for our Management Board.
Nina Tomini, who has been with ITL for almost 10 years, brings further expertise to the team in the areas of marketing and project management.
With Britta Lauszat I strengthen the team with my righthand and at the same time a project manager with a lot of feeling for the whole team and its motivation.
I also appoint Britta Lauszat and Marco Wolf as authorized signatories from October 01, 2023.
